Hi, When I attended my first BBQ competition this summer as a taster, I noticed a lot of the teams prepared some form of smoked peaches or peach cobbler. Has anyone ever cheated by buying a pre-made cobbler from the store and put it on the smoker? Any recommendations and if so how long did you smoke it?
